getting hungry yet?
Well, this should slow you down. What good is a trip to Asia without the invitable "insect" as food shot? Waterbeetles of some type, ready to eat. No, I didn't try them, but I did try some more palatable insects.
Hi, I've just started this blog about photography and the things I like to do. Sports, travel, eating, sights, and sounds are all on my list. I started off this year with a month in Asia, so naturally my first posts are photographs from that trip. Later on, expect some Taekwondo photos, some landscapes, and maybe a food collection (street food around the world?)
I use a Canon 50d right now, with a pretty good lenses assortment, maybe 15 lbs of equipment on my back when I travel. The lenses make a huge difference, shooting with a 135MM F2.0 makes all the difference in the world. A surprise to me this time with the lowly 55-250 IS lens - a great travel lens, good for street candids.
I love to write, travel, eat, listen to music, run, mountain bike, and . . take photos! Just came back from a month long tour of Asia with another 6000 photos, life is so short!
Next month I'll be traveling to Las Vegas to document a Taekwondo tournament
